Write a 2-3 sentence description of your workshop
What specific skill(s) will participants acquire during your workshop?
How will you use the one and a half hour time block? [time breakdown of your lesson plan]
Does your workshop require any prior knowledge or skills? Please specify
Will participants take home anything they've made/worked on?
Check if you have any of the following requirements
open floor space
discussion table
blackboard
work tables/desks
electrical outlets
tape/cd player
overhead projector
What materials do you need us to provide? We'll do our best to provide what you ask for, but please keep in mind that we're working with a very limited budget. (Do not write things here that you can provide for yourself, only what you need us to get for you.)
What is your experience teaching and/or using this skill?
What is your time frame? When can you facilitate a workshop? The workshops are broken into 90 minutes each over the course of the day. Please be specific as to when your are available and give muliple times.
Is your skill fun and safe for children to learn as well?
yes
no (This doesn't mean that your workshop needs to be specifically geared towards children, but just that it would be an okay workshop for children to go to where they could be into it and have some fun even maybe, and safe for them. We just need to know which workshops could potentially host childcare.)
Would you like to have a half table in our tabling area? (Workshop facilitators can get a half table for free.)
yes
no
Check here to be added to our announcements email list. (It is a very low-volume list with only a few messages per year.)
