Cycling 101 - A discussion
Boston can be both a fun and tough place to ride your bike, so come join a discussion about it all -- potholes, cardoors, taxis, bike lanes, pathways, riverways and bike-tours! We will cover basics of laws/regulations of the streets, along with common sense basics, and tips for where and how to ride in Boston, and what to expect in the streets.

lesson plan
We will cover basics of biking tips quickly, then move into a discussion facilitated by experienced cyclists. Come prepared to join the discussion, and help steer the talk so we cover what you're interested in.

Worked in a bicycle tour company for 1.5 years, helped start a bicycle cooperative in Allston, and a student group at Boston University -- BU Bikes
intended audience
All types of folks -- new bikers, experienced cyclists, people thinking about biking, and even walkers and drivers are welcome too!
