bike mechanics -- Fix-A-Flat
We'll show you how to change your flat tire; demonstrating how to remove the wheel/tire, the differences in tires and tubes, how to use the simple tire lever tools, what to look for in your flat, and how to put a new tube in your tire.

lesson plan
First we'll take off the wheel and tire, then we'll pull out the tube, then we'll check the tube for holes, then we'll either path the hole or replace the tube, then replace it all on the wheel and put it back on the bike. Viola -- easy peasy!

1.5 years experience as a bike tour instructor and manager, co-creater of community bicycle cooperative in Allston, founder of student group at Boston University BU Bikes.

Anyone who has a bike or who is interested in riding their bike -- so they don't get stranded somewhere with a flat!
