Veganism: Making the Transition
With a surge of interest in veganism over the last couple of years, more people than ever are contemplating becoming vegan. There is not much support in our society for that choice, so for some the transition may seem murky or difficult, even overwhelming, preventing them from moving forward. This workshop seeks to demystify the transition process, facilitating that transition for interested participants.

Social: Group discussion to address any social concerns attached to going vegan.
facilitator experience
The facilitator has been vegan 9 years, making the transition "overnight". He has engaged in various forms of activism over the last several years, most recently co-founding and directing the Boston Vegan Association. Eric has written about and talked to countless people about transitioning their way of living to one that excludes the use and consumption of animals and animal products for any purpose.
intended audience
This workshop is geared for anyone who is curious about veganism, who has considered making the transition, or who is actively considering making the transition.
