Using Social Media to Build an Engaged Community

Why do people use Twitter? How do I get more people to follow me on Facebook? What are some social media taboos I should avoid? How can I use social media to build a more engaged community without taking up a ton of my time?

If you have questions like these about social media, we have answers! In this workshop learn:

1) How to define your measure for success when using social media as a marketing tool.
2) Time management for managing an effective social media strategy.
3) Why you might consider using only social media and forget about having a website.
4) Techniques for making your content and message more "conversational".
5) Strategies for attracting and maintaining followers.
