Paleo/Cross Fit Revolution: How I learned to stop worrying and love animal fat/high intensity workouts

We will introduce the idea of eating a diet that early humans ate meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts and some seeds. Removing all processed foods, grains, sugar, legumes and other franklin foods.

Also the value of adding short varied high intensity work outs to your weekly routine.

Individual questions / problem solving: 20 minutes
