Nia Playshop - 52 Moves

The Nia 52 Moves Playshop is an energy raising, cardio, mind/body/spirit routine. It conditions your entire body from the base of the body, through the core and upper extremities and integrates 52 moves from martial arts, dance and healing arts. Nia's 52 Moves are those that your body is designed to do. During this fun, challenging routine, we move barefoot to music that moves us through a move every 60 seconds. To energize the moves, you put YOU into each move -- body, mind, spirit, and voice -- and add your own personal expressive energy to each move. Sweat a little, play a lot, enjoy your body, and get a pleasurable, full-body workout. Wear comfortable moisture-wicking clothing you won't mind sweating in and bring water.
