How to be happy (er)
The field of mental health focused for many years on fixing what was _wrong_ with people. A recent movement in psychology, positive psychology, focuses on strengthening what is _right_. This workshop will update you on this important work. Together, we will explore simple exercises and practices which can bring gratitude, happiness and connection into our lives.

I took a course in positive psychology and have read several books/articles about it.
I have facilitated a workshop at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education (White People Challenging Racism). I have also taught English as a Second Language for several years.
