Acupressure
Self-treatment for general public to give themselves treatment at home. Learning the points and use your hands or simple tools to give yourself treatment instead of needle. Relief stress, aches and pain, as well as balance the body. Treat yourself as soon as you feel pain instead of waiting for the appointment. These knowledge of points could come handy especially when it is not convenient to ask for help, such as late at night or traveling.

Mint is a licensed Acupuncturist. Having Acupuncturist father, he learned about Acupuncture from experience in very early age. Graduated from the New England School of Acupuncture, and licensed in 2004 and continuing study with various Acupuncture masters. He is now practicing in Lexington, MA.

Adults 35-50 years old or anyone that love to keep themselves healthy. Bring your partner(s) along if you like.
