Make Your Own Tofu
Once you taste homemade tofu, you'll never go back! As different from the packaged stuff as fresh vegetables are from canned, homemade tofu is delicious and much easier than you might think. We'll go over the process of making soymilk, talk about soymilk makers, and what you can do with the highly nutritious okara leftover in the process. Then we'll go over how to turn the soymilk into tofu, plus make some right in the workshop for everyone to try while it's still warm.
