Beginner Level Juggling
Ever wanted to learn to juggle? Do you know how to juggle, but need some help learning new skills?
In Beginner Level Juggling, you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of juggling. Even if you already know how to juggle, you will receive tips on how to improve and new tricks you might be able to learn.
You will have the opportunity to try basic 3 ball juggling, contact juggling, and staff spinning. Each type is unique and poses its own challenges. Learn a new skill you can use to impress your friends!

lesson plan
After a brief introduction to the art of juggling, most of the time spent will be on practicing. Tips on form will be provided based on each student's skill level.
Students will have the opportunity to move to a different type of juggling (3 ball, contact, or staff) as desired.
facilitator experience
I have trained in the circus arts for over 3 years and have experience teaching juggling, acrobatics, areal arts, and other skills. I have worked as a circus instructor in various facilities for the past year, working with children ages 4 and above as well as teens and adults.
intended audience
People of any age interested in learning how to juggle or interested in learning new juggling skills. Skills taught will be at the beginner (basic 3 ball) level.
