facilitator experience
Prior to becoming gluten-free in January of 2009, I spent countless hours in the kitchen cooking and baking both personally and professionally. Since transitioning to a gluten-free diet I have experienced my share of ups and downs with GF baking, and at times felt hopeless about being able to make some of my old favorite baked goods. With a little perseverance I've rediscovered the joys of home baking and am excited to share some of what I've learned.
intended audience
Anyone who wants to learn more about gluten-free cooking and baking.
