Fight Off Cravings With EFT

EFT - or Emotional Freedom Techniques - is a blend of modern psychology and acupressure. It is very powerful in fighting negative emotions and what their accumulation does to our bodies and minds. And who can deny that strong emotional contributors are at play when we are besieged with a craving or indulging in a guilt-ridden binge?
EFT is also extremely easy to learn and to use, even - and particularly! - in the heat of the moment. And this one hour and a half workshop will teach you the simple tapping procedures and all the ways you can use it to keep cravings at bay and to loosen the grip of whatever it is that is causing them. Even though core issues are different for everyone, EFT is easily tailored to each individual and empowers them with their own individual healing path.

intended audience

Pretty much everybody...

1. Since it is NOT necessary to believe in EFT for it to work, everybody is welcome to attend regardless of their degree of familiarity or acceptance for alternative medicines.
2. Most of us know someone who has an addictive behavior - whether the addiction is to a substance (food, coffee, cigarette, drugs, alcohol) or to a behavior or could use some help for themselves.
3. Anybody who wants to be empowered with an incredibly easy and unbelievably efficient tool that has shown success rates way above what traditional therapists consider as acceptable and that works for almost anything is more than welcome to attend too.
