Active Meditation-Boabom class
ntroductory class of Boabom(pronounced bo-ha-bom, ryhmes with rome), a system of Meditation in Movement developing Self-healing, Self-Defense(internal-external) and Self-Awareness(your body, your thoughts and the space around you).
This class will focus in moving the body in different ways, similar to taichi or yoga but putting together with the movements different ways of breathing.
This will be facilitated by a Student/Assistant Teacher of the Boston School of Boabom in Brookline.

Have an either (20min introductory class) with some ideas of the develop of a class from its beginnings or have a (50min class) with a more complete idea of a class.
facilitator experience
Originally from Mexico, Abraham came to Boston several years ago and began his study of the Boabom Arts Abraham is now a certified instructor and has been instrumental in keeping the Art of Boabom alive and introducing this new active art meditation to the New England area. He is also interested in gardening and horticulture, and is studying permaculture and sustainable ways of living.
intended audience
Everyone that can move their body from 4yrd to 80yrd, for the people who are not able to move their lower bodies there are also breathings and hands movements.
