Spoon Carving
Hand-carved spoons make great gifts and turn some heads. "You made that?!" . . .
This workshop will cover the basics of spoon carving, taught by someone who basically carves spoons. Topics will cover choosing materials, sharpening and maintaining tools, basic cuts and technique, and resources for learning more. I'm not an expert by any means, but you'll be able to start off on your life long spoon carving journey after this workshop. Attendees should bring a knife suitable for carving and any sharpening materials they own.
