the Raw Food Diet: Our Lived Experience
During the seven years we've been eating a raw food diet, we've healed in ourselves endometriosis, uterine fibroids, arthritis, and acne scars; strengthened our immune system; and become more youthful. While it has always been rewarding, it hasn't always been easy. We were challenged by myraid theories of the "correct" raw diet; social strains with family, friends, and co-workers; and understainding the detoxification process. This skillshare will trace our raw food journey as well as give an introduction to sprouting and an outline of our basic meals.
