Pilates for Everyone
Pilates, originally called Contrology, was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Although a few changes have been made since then, it is still a system remarkable for its ability to stretch and strengthen at the same time. However, it must be done with proper form to achieve the promised results. Come learn the basics and see why this system is so effective.
