Know Your Rights
This workshop presents basic information about your rights on the street, at home, in a car, and on a bicycle. We also provide information (depending on the interest of the workshop attendees) about protests, legal observing, arrests, jail and court.

Jake and Clara have been teaching know your rights workshops together for four years and for three years with Adrienne. All three have been trained in various legal topics including the 4th Amendment by members of the National Lawyers Guild, and have personal experience with legal observation, the arrest process, the court system, and asserting their rights.
intended audience
This workshop is for anyone (although it is not particularly interesting to most kids). You do not need to have any prior legal knowledge or interest in activism to attend and have it be relevant.
