lesson plan
In normal situations, knots are used to accomplish four separate tasks. We will learn one knot for each task, and go over some variations to deal with different circumstances.
1) Join two ropes together
2) Make a loop that doesn't slip
3) Secure the rope to an object
4) Stop the rope from slipping through an opening
At the end of the class, we'll put together our basic knots to learn the most awesome knot ever: the TRUCKER'S HITCH!
