lesson plan
I will bring literature and examples to represent as many of these tools and methods as I can. I will have a loose outline to follow but will tailor the workshop to the interest of the participants, concentrating on the topics they are most inspired by. I hope to spark a conversation drawing on the knowledge and experiences of everyone present.
facilitator experience
I have been studying and living with alternative technologies and sustainable practices for 6 years. I've lived on Organic olive, orange, tomato and turnip farms. I've lent a hand in building with cobb, straw, wood, and a variety of recycled and salvaged materials. I've spent the past year living "off-grid" heating with wood, carving wooden spoons, and using them to eat sauerkraut.
intended audience
Anyone and everyone interested in reducing their ecological footprint, becoming more connected to the activities of daily life, and simpler ways of living.
