Contraception using Fertility Awareness Method: Relying on Physiology to Determine Fertility
The Fertility Awareness Method can be as effective as oral birth control in preventing pregnancy. By charting waking temperatures and observing cervical mucus, women are empowered to know when they are fertile and when they are not. Charts and resources will be provided. (The information learned in this workshop can also be used to enhance the likelihood of conception, though our focus will be on contraception.)
