Making Body Scrubs, and Making Them Pretty!
This workshop will teach you how to:
make hand/body/face (at yr own discretion) scrubs out of foods, even if you have really sensitive skin
use different ingredients for different purposes in your scrubs
etch a label into a jar for your scrub

lesson plan
10 minutes: introing each other
15 minutes: basic makeup of a scrub, different functions of different ingredients
20 minutes: making scrubs, getting the ratios right
10 minutes: how to etch glass
15 minutes: etching glass
10 minutes: follow-up questions
5 minutes: cleaning glass
5 minutes: overflow time!

i have been making random scrubs for about 2 years. i have taught workshops and classes before on different topics, at the skillshare and in other settings.
intended audience
anyone! okay for kids if supervised (b/c glass etching cream can be dangerous if ingested, but scrubs are fun and easy to make and are NOT dangerous if ingested, just potentially gross). no prior experience needed. great for people who have sensitivities to added fragrances, etc.
