Brief History of Hip-hop. Teaching the basics of breakdancing and explaining the dances history. Participants will be expected to dance and have fun!

lesson plan
First we will talk briefly about Hip_hops origins. We will stretch and practice basic foundation moves. Then we will all get in a circle and dance. The end.
facilitator experience
I have led Breaking and Hip-Hop workshops at the" Art In Action" camp. An arts camp for young adults. I have also led workshops for children at a community center in East Boston and at an art center in Albuquerque New Mexico.

People who will try to do the dance moves.
