Run, Run, Run For Fun
Want to learn more about running and physical activity? Ever say to yourself: I wish i was a better runner/enjoyed running more/had a fun physical activity to do to keep in shape? In this workshop we will set personal fitness goals, come up with six week plans to get us started, and learn some basics about running and physical fitness!
